But without being able to power it on that will be impossibleĭoes this sound like a dead battery issue or something else? While luckily all of my very important data is backed up, there is some stuff I would like to get off of it if at possible. But.they said of course I need to make a backup of my phone. They said I can send it in and they will repair. Tried to charge it hoping it would show that it was charging while powered off. So powered it down and tried to restart but it didn't restart.
